紧凑型4×4单元超宽带MIMO缝隙天线设计

         

摘要

In order to realize the miniaturization of the mobile terminal antenna,a compact ultra wideband MIMO ( Multiple Input Multiple Output) antenna with high isolation between cells is proposed. The antenna does not need any decoupling network, and realizes each antenna element through the ladder shaped slot structure. The ladder shaped slot antenna not only reduces the size of the antenna,but also has a directional radiation behavior,thus form-ing a high isolation. The proposed antenna size is 23.7 mm×23.7 mm×0.8 mm. The measurement results show that the proposed multi can produce better radiation properties of ultra wideband MIMO antenna in 3 GHz~10. 9 GHz spectrum( S11=-10 dB) ,impedance isolation is greater than 20 dB,allowable limit envelope correlation coefficient and the channel capacity loss to ensure the good MIMO performance.%为了更好地实现移动终端天线小型化,提出了一种具有较高单元间隔离度的紧凑型超宽带MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output)天线.该天线无需任何解耦网络,通过阶梯形缝隙结构来实现各个天线单元.采用的阶梯形缝隙天线不仅减少了天线的尺寸,而且具有定向辐射行为,从而形成较高的高隔离度.提出的天线尺寸为23.7 mm×23.7 mm×0.8 mm.测量结果表明,提出的超宽带MIMO天线在3 GHz~10.9 GHz频谱中能够产生较好的多向辐射特性(S11≤-10 dB),阻抗隔离大于20 dB,包络相关系数和信道容量损耗的容许界限保证了良好的MIMO性能.
