滚筒采煤机液压拉杆受力分析

         

摘要

为了研究采煤机滚筒截割载荷对其机身上4根液压拉杆负载的影响,采用小位移变形协调原理和静力学平衡方程,建立了采煤机工况载荷下4根液压拉杆的受力模型,推导了拉杆的载荷公式,设定4根拉杆的初始预紧力均为500 kN,以滚筒和滑靴的实验测试载荷为输入,对拉杆受力模型进行了求解.结果表明:4根拉杆的变形量均值分别为3.1642,1.9348,2.3538,2.2488 mm;采煤机工作过程中4根拉杆载荷相差较大,其中煤壁区上侧拉杆的载荷最大,均值为536578 N,采空区上侧拉杆的载荷最小,均值为449991 N.最后通过实验对拉杆受力模型的准确性进行了验证,研究结果为采煤机液压拉杆的预紧力设定及寿命分析提供依据.%To study the effect of the shearer drum cutting load to the four hydraulic pull rods,the force model of the four hydraulic pull rods was established under the shearer working load by u-sing the small displacement deformation coordination principal and the statics equilibrium equa-tion,and the load formula was derived.Assuming the pre-tension load of four pull rods was 500 kN,the force model of the pull rod w as solved by input the test loading of the drum and the sliding shoes.The test results showed that the deformation average of four pull rods were 3.164 2,1.934 8,2.353 8,2.248 8 mm respectively.The loads of the four pull rods were different in the w orking process of the shearer,w here the largest load of pull rods w as on the upper coal wall,the average value was 536 578 N,the lowest load of pull rods was on the goaf,and the av-erage value was 449 991 N.The accuracy of the pull rod force model was verified by the test.The research results provide the convenience to the setting of the pre-tension force of the shearer hy-draulic pull rod and the lifetime analysis.
