考虑限位的碟簧初始压缩位移研究

         

摘要

为探究特定工况下碟簧参数的选择及优化方法,以碟簧为研究对象,分析了碟簧特定工况下参数的组成,并根据其工作原理及约束条件,通过数学的方法给出了考虑限位的碟簧初始压缩位移的解析表达式。基于MATLAB数值分析软件,建立了计算的数学模型,依据碟簧特定工况给出了碟簧初始压缩位移迭代求解的收敛准则,针对此数学模型编制了相应的求解程序,得到了求解工况下碟簧相关参数的详细数值。在综合考虑相关因素后得出了优化的碟簧初始压缩位移值。分析结果表明:碟簧各个计算所得的高度都呈非线性变化,且随着复合组合碟簧组数的增加,这些计算所得高度都随之增加,但鉴于成本、摩擦力及碟簧设计要求,碟簧设计参数应适当进行权衡择优,以满足工程设计需要。%For exploring the selection and optimization method of disc spring parameters under spe‐cific conditions ,with the disc spring as the research object in the article ,disc spring parameters under the specific conditions w as analyzed .According to the w ork principle and constraint condi‐tions ,analytic expression of initial compression displacement of the disc spring with limiting dis‐placement was presented by means of the mathematic method .Based on the numerical analysis software MATLAB ,the mathematical model for calculation of disc spring was established .Ac‐cording to specific given conditions ,one convergence criteria of iterative solution of initial com‐pression displacement was established combined with the calculation parameters of disc spring . For solving the mathematical model ,the corresponding program was compiled ,and the detail so‐lution data of the correlation parameter of disc spring w as obtained under the specific condition . After comprehensive consideration of the related factors ,the optimized disc spring compression displacement value was accepted .The results showed that all the calculated height of the disc spring was nonlinear .With the increase of the set numbers of combination disk spring ,the calcu‐lated height also increased .In addition ,thinking of the cost ,friction and disc spring design re‐quirements ,some design parameters of the disc spring should be appropriately optimized to satis‐fy the need of engineering design .
