基于Pro/E的无渐开线方程齿轮参数化建模

         

摘要

为了避免繁琐的渐开线方程的建立,并且能精确地得到齿轮齿根部分的非渐开线齿廓曲线即齿根过渡曲线而不只是作近似处理,同时能有效地模拟齿轮轮廓的加工过程,使齿轮参数化建模更方便、精度更高,根据范成法加工齿轮原理,通过齿条刀具模拟加工齿轮过程,并对齿条齿轮啮合系统进行参数化定义和设置,结合Pro/E中的运动仿真模块,使其齿条刀具上的各结点在运动仿真中生成运动轨迹,并作轨迹曲线的修改,从而获得精确的齿轮渐开线,进而完成齿轮的参数化三维模型的建立.此方法有效地模拟齿轮轮廓的加工过程,实现了齿轮齿廓精确绘制,脱离了繁琐的渐开线参数方程和程序语言的束缚,在齿轮参数化三维设计中新颖实用,通俗易懂.%In order to avoid establishing the tedious involute equation, and accurately get the non-involute tooth profile curve of the gear tooth root part namely the dedendum transition curve rather than just make an approximate treatment, meanwhile, effectively simulate the machining process of the gear contour,which can make the parameterized modeling of the gear more convenient and higher precision, the method was as follows : according to the principle of generating method about machining the gear and the simulation of the rack tool machining the gear as the basis .parameterizing the rack system, modifying curves generated by the profile points of the rack tool in Pro/E movement simulation, the accurate gear involute could be obtained. Then the establishment of the gear parametric 3D model was completed. This method can effectively simulate the machining process of the gear contour and realize the gear tooth profile drawn exactly,which avoids the bondage of the involute parameter equation and the programming language, and is novel, practical and easy-to-understand in 3D parametric gear design.
