大口径火炮发射过程炮架振动的主动抑制技术

         

摘要

为了主动抑制大口径火炮发射过程中的炮架振动,提出了一种基于炮架振动加速度测试的炮架振动评价方法;分析了影响火炮发射过程中炮架振动的发射药及装药因素,开展了发射过程炮架振动试验研究,在此基础上提出了一种三基发射药及装药方案,并通过试验与单基药装药方案进行了对比.结果表明,采用三基药装药方案使炮架振动加速度降低了22.1%,炮口无二次火焰;炮架振动评价方法能够有效评价火炮发射振动特性量值;控制装药膛压特性是降低炮架振动的关键技术途径;消除装药炮口二次火焰有利于显著降低炮架振动.%To actively suppress the vibration of gun mount during firing of large caliber gun ,an assessment method of the gun mount vibration based on vibration acceleration test was presented .The factors affecting the gun propellant and charge of gun mount vibration in the firing process of gun were analyzed and gun mount vibration tests in the firing process were performed .Based on this work ,a tri-base gun propellant and charge scheme were put forward and a comparison test with single-base gun propellant charge scheme was carried out .The results show that the acceleration of gun mount vibration for tri-base gun propellant charge scheme decreases by 22 .1% .The gun muzzle has no secondary flame .The vibration assess-ment method can be used to effectively assess the characteristic values of gun launching vibration .Controlling the bore pres-sure characteristics of charge is the key technology approach to reduce the vibrication of gun mount .Eliminating the second-ary flame of gun muzzle is beneficial to significantly reduce the gun mount vibration .
