为了优化RDX/Al/AP/HTPB炸药中浸取RDX的工艺,将响应面法(RSM)引入优化工艺过程中,拟合出该工艺的浸取率模型,并分析了超声功率 、浸取时间 、温度 、料液质量比 、浸取次数对浸取过程的影响.结果表明,以上实验各因素均对RDX浸取率有显著影响,交互影响随着实验水平值的增加而增加,二次回归模型的拟合方程为:Y=91.99+7.81A+8.23B+3.49C+3.52D+4.21E-3.47A B-1.12AC-1.68A D-1.83A E-1.90BC-2.69BD-4.79BE-1.31CD-1.58CE-3.51DE-3.86A2-3.99B2+1.11C2-0.094D2-1.23E2.%To optimize the process of leaching RDX from RDX /Al/AP/HTPB explosive ,the response surface meth-od (RSM ) was introduced in the optimization process ,the leaching rate model of the process was fitted and the in-fluence of ultrasonic power ,leaching time ,temperature ,solid-liquid mass ratio and leaching frequency on the leac-hing process was analyzed .The results show that the above-mentioned factors have significant influence on the leac-hing rate of RDX ,and the interactive influence increases with the increase of experiment level value .The fitting e-quation of quadratic regression model is determined as Y = 91 .99 + 7 .81A + 8 .23B + 3 .49C + 3 .52 D + 4 .21E - 3 . 47A B - 1 .12AC - 1 .68A D - 1 .83A E - 1 .90BC - 2 .69BD - 4 .79BE - 1 .31CD - 1 .58CE - 3 .51DE - 3 .86A2 - 3 . 99B2 + 1 .11C2 - 0 .094D2 - 1 .23E2 .
