糖尿病和非糖尿病患者应用罗库溴铵对肌肉松弛效应的影响

摘要

目的 探讨糖尿病和非糖尿病患者应用罗库溴铵对肌肉松弛效应的影响.方法 选取2015年2月至2017年1月于保定市第一中心医院行结直肠手术的糖尿病患者45例纳入糖尿病组,另外选取该院同期行结直肠手术的非糖尿病患者45例纳入非糖尿病组.麻醉诱导为单次静脉注射罗库溴铵0.6 mg/kg,观察两组患者罗库溴铵起效时间,30分钟至4小时内静脉滴注速率;并持续进行肌肉松弛监测至手术结束,观察并比较两组患者肌肉松弛恢复指数和恢复时间.结果 糖尿病组患者30分钟至4小时持续静脉滴注速率逐渐下降,且与非糖尿病组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者罗库溴铵持续静脉滴注后起效时间和恢复指数T125%~75%对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),停止输注后,糖尿病组患者T1恢复至90%的时间长于非糖尿病组(P<0.05).糖尿病组和非糖尿病组患者均未出现明显的不良反应.结论 糖尿病和非糖尿病患者应用罗库溴铵对肌肉松弛效应均有影响,但糖尿病患者的肌肉松弛效果更加明显.%Objective To explore the effect of Rocuronium bromide on muscle relaxation in patients with diabetic or non-diabetic. Method From February 2015 to January 2017, 45 patients with diabetes in Baoding First Central Hospital, who were adopted the line colorectal surgery and as the diabetes group, at the same time, 45 patients with non-diabetic were adopted colorectal surgery as the non-diabetic group. Anesthesia induction was a single intravenous injection of Rocuronium bromide 0.6 mg/kg, the onset time of Rocuronium bromide and rate of intravenous drip from 30 minutes to 4 hours in the two groups were observed, and continuous muscle relaxation monitoring until the end of operation, muscle relaxation recovery index and recovery time of the two groups were observed and compared. Result The rate of continuous intravenous infusion was gradually decreased from 30 minutes to 4 hours in the diabetic group, compared with the non-diabetic group, there was no significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in onset time and recovery index T1 25%~75%between the two groups after continuous intravenous infusion of Rocuronium bromide (P>0.05). After stopping infusion, the recovery time of T1in the diabetic group to 90% was longer than that in the non-diabetic group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions were found in the diabetic group and the non-diabetic group. Conclusion The effect of Rocuronium bromide on muscle relaxation is significantly different in patients with diabetes and non-diabetic, and the muscle relaxation effect is more obvious in diabetic patients.
