本文将介绍FAK信号通路最新的实验和理论进展,对其与胚胎早期发育过程的关系研究进展进行综述,为后续研究提供参考.%Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) is the central molecule of intracellular and extracellular signal transduction, which can accept extracellular stimuli, cell adhesion and other aspects of information to regulate cell growth, metabolism and so on. Existing studies have shown that FAK-mediated signal transduction plays an important role in early embryonic development. This paper introduces the latest experimental and theoretical advances in FAK signaling pathways, and reviews its relationship with early embryonic development and provides a convenient knowledge for subsequent studies.
