Objective To investigate the different groups of HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) carrying status and cognitive level, in order to understand the situation, the popularity of HBsAg people carrying hepatitis B related knowledge and reduce the transmission rate.Method 1529 cases of hospitalized patients diagnosis and treatment in the Sixth People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, and they were tested for HBsAg and hepatitis Brelated knowledge questionnaire, analyzed the HBsAg positive rate and related knowledge level.Result The HBsAg carrying rate of rural population (6.82%) was significantly higher than that of urban population (4.03%) (P<0.05). The HBsAg carrying rate of≥60 years old population were higher, and the HBsAg carrying rate of 20~29 years old population were lower. The cognitive rate of transmission route andharm of hepatitis B of rural population was significantly lower than that of urban population (P<0.05). The cognitive rate of hepatitis B infection source, transmission route and harm of hepatitis B of≥60 years old population and farmer were significantly lower than those of other age groups and other occupational groups.Conclusion HBsAg carrying rate in rural population and≥60 years old population are higher, carrying rate of 20~29 years old population were lower, farmers and≥60 years old population are lack of knowledge about hepatitis B related knowledge.%目的 调查不同住院人群乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBV surface antigen,HBsAg)携带状况及其认知水平,为了解人群HBsAg携带情况、普及乙型肝炎相关知识及降低其传播率提供参考.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年12月济南市第六人民医院1529例住院患者为研究对象,均行HBsAg检测,并进行乙型肝炎相关知识问卷调查,分析HBsAg阳性率及相关知识水平.结果 农村人群HBsAg携带率(6.82%)显著高于城镇人群(4.03%)(P<0.05);≥60岁人群HBsAg携带率较高,20~29岁人群HBsAg携带率低.农村人群对乙型肝炎传播途径和危害的认知率均显著低于城镇人群(P<0.05);≥60岁人群和农民对乙型肝炎传染源、传播途径及危害的认知率均显著低于其他年龄段和其他职业人群(P<0.05).结论 农村人群、≥60岁人群HBsAg携带率较高,20~29岁人群HBsAg携带率低,≥60岁人群和农民对乙型肝炎相关知识的认知不足.
