目的 探讨肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉固定治疗Bankart损伤的术后疗效.方法 选取2013年1月至2014年11月本院收治的Bankart损伤患者40例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各20例.对照组患者采用保守治疗,研究组患者采用肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,研究组患者肩关节前屈上举活动度和体侧外旋活动度均大于对照组(P<0.05),美国肩肘外科协会(American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons,ASES)评分和Constant-Murley评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用肩关节镜下金属缝合锚钉固定治疗Bankart损伤,能够显著改善患者的肩功能,效果较满意.%Objective To investigate the postoperative curative effect of metal suturefixation with shoulder arthroscopy on the treatment of Bankart injury.Method Forty patients with Bankart injury admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, 20 cases in each group. Control group patients were treated with conservative treatment, study group patients were treated with shoulder arthroscopic metal suture anchor. The curative effect of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment, the activity degree of forward flexion, lateral rotation of study group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05), and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) score and Constant-Murley score of study group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metal suturefixation with shoulder arthroplasty in Bankart injury patients is ideal, which can significantly improve the shoulder function, and should be popularized in clinical application.
