Objective To study the effect of gravity nasogastric feeding on the prognosis of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Method 64 cases of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected. The children were randomly divided into control group (with conventional nasogastric feeding) and observation group (with gravity nasogastric feeding). The clinical symptoms, treatment effects, complications during treatment and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The respiratory improvement time, heart rate recovery time, cough recovery time and hospitalization time of observation group were signific-antlyshorter than those of control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The occurance rate of vomiting, diarrhea, stomach bleeding in the two groups showed no significant differences (P>0.05), but the occurance rate of breathing pause and abdominal distension in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gravity nasogastric feeding used in children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure, can quickly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the risk of complications during treatment, and improve family satisfaction.%目的 分析重力鼻饲喂养对重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿预后的影响.方法 选取本院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的64例重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法将入选患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例.对照组患儿采用常规鼻饲喂养,观察组患儿采用重力鼻饲喂养.比较两组患儿临床症状改善情况、治疗效果、治疗期间并发症发生情况及家属满意度.结果 观察组患儿呼吸改善时间、心率恢复时间、咳嗽恢复时间及住院天数均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿呕吐、腹泻及胃出血发生率比较均无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组患儿呼吸暂停和腹胀发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患儿家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 重力鼻饲喂养用于重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿,可较快改善患儿临床症状,同时可降低治疗期间并发症发生率,提高家属满意度.
