Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Method 77 cases of chronic sinusitis children with adenoid hypertrophy in our hospital from Junly 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the wishes of the children's families, they were divided into control group (42 cases) and operation group (35 cases), control group children were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, operation group children were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on the basis of traditional drug therapy. The treatment effect, the symptom severity scores before and after treatment, and the family satisfaction of children between the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate and the family satisfaction rate of operation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, in addition to snoring, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly reduced than before treatment (P<0.05), operation group children with nasal congestion, runny nose and hearing loss symptoms were significantly better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of adenoids can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic sinusitis in children with adenoid hypertrophy, which is safe, effective, easy to operate, and has little harm.%目的 探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的临床效果.方法 选择2015年7月至2016年4月于本院接受治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大患儿77例为研究对象.根据患儿家属意愿将入选患儿分为对照组(42例)与手术组(35例),对照组患儿给予内镜鼻窦手术治疗,手术组患儿在传统药物治疗基础上联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗.比较两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后症状严重程度评分及患儿家属满意度.结果 手术组患儿治疗总有效率和家属满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后除打鼾外,两组患儿的临床症状较治疗前均显著缓解(P<0.05),手术组患儿鼻塞、流涕及听力下降的症状缓解情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 低温等离子射频消融术切除肿大腺样体可以有效缓解儿童慢性鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大的症状,具有安全、有效、易操作、损伤小等优点.
