散发性帕金森病的全基因组关联研究进展分析

摘要

散发性帕金森病(sPD)是帕金森病(PD)的主要发病形式之一,其遗传风险因素的寻找不但可以为PD的早期诊断增加砝码,而且还能为PD致病机制的研究提供方向。全基因组关联研究(GWAS)作为目前寻找复杂疾病易感基因的有效利器,具有传统研究方法不可取代的优势,在寻找复杂疾病的易感基因上发挥重要作用。本文专注于近年来基于sPD的GWAS研究,对目前研究的成果和后GWAS时代的数据深度挖掘进行梳理,并关注于目前我国该领域的研究现状一一综而述之。%Sporadic Parkinson’s disease (sPD) is the most common form. The search of genetic risk factors not only facilitate for the early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD), but also can provide a new insight of investigation on genetic etiology of PD. Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have been successful in uncoveringmultiple risk loci of complex diseases that have provided new insights into the etiology of sPD, with the irreplaceable advance compared to the classic studied strategies and methods. In this review, we focused on the current results of GWAS on sporadic PD, further analysis of utilizing the data of GWAS and the present situation of our country in this ifled.
