丙型肝炎病毒（ hepatitis C virus，HCV）已成为全球重要的公共卫生问题之一，获得性适应性免疫应答在HCV感染最终结局的形成中起着核心作用，T细胞在适应性免疫应答中起关键作用。本文对T细胞在HCV感染免疫机制中作用的研究进展作一概述。%Hepatitis C virus (HCV) has become one of the important public health problems worldwide.Adaptive immune response plays a core role in the formation of the final outcome of HCV infection.However, T cells play a key role in the a-daptive immune response.In this article, T cell response in the immune mechanism of HCV infection was discussed.
