Objective To investigate the negative living events and its related factors of the elderly in community.Methods MDS and the investigating questionnaires of related factors were used to investigate the living condition of 500 elder people over 60 years old.Re-sults The negative living events frequency were health exacerbation,economic difficulty,painful thing,accidents,conflict between with high relatives,financial loss.The influencing factors were whether living with their children,whether having an positive attitude towards life and the frequency of contacting with their friends in community(P<0.05),whether living with spouse,whether having a positive attitude towards life had an influence on economic difficulty of elderly in last two years(P<0.05).And at the same time,whether worrying about their children,whether living with their spouse,and the frequency of contacting with their friends in community were influencing factors of painful things of elderly(P<0.05).Conclusions Positive attitude,living with spouse,contacting with friends everyday are protective factors in the occurrence of negative living events of elderly in last two years;worrying about children,contacting with friends once a month,poor satisfaction of income are risk factors.Therefore,the community staffs should take effective interventions to improve the community health care,and increase social support for the elderly to reduce the occurrence of negative life events,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in community.%目的 了解社区老年人负性生活事件及相关因素,为发展老年人社区公共卫生服务提供参考.方法 应用老年健康状况MDS和相关因素调查量表,采取方便抽样、集中调查和入户调查相结合的方法对社区500名≥60岁老年人进行问卷调查.结果 发生率较高的负性生活事件依次为健康恶化、经济困难、难过事情、意外事件、亲友冲突、财务丢失.Logistic 回归分析表明,是否与子女同住、生活态度是否乐观、与社区朋友联系频率是老年人近2年健康恶化发生的影响因素(P<0.05);配偶是否同住、生活态度是否乐观影响老年人近2年经济困难的发生(P<0.05);是否担心子女、经济收入满意度、与社区朋友联系频率是老年人近2年难过事情发生的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 乐观的生活态度、配偶同住、每天与社区朋友联系是近2年老年人负性生活事件发生的保护因素,担心子女、每月与社区朋友交流一次、与子女同住、经济收入满意度差是近2年老年人负性生活事件发生的危险因素.社区应针对老年人负性生活事件发生的相关因素采取有效的干预措施,完善社区医疗保健,加大社会对老年人的支持,减少负性生活事件的发生,提高老年人的生活质量.
