目的：探讨老年乳腺癌患者甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（ TPO-Ab）表达及临床意义。方法选取老年乳腺癌患者100例作为研究对象，另选取同期收治入院的良性乳腺病变患者100例作为对照组，应用电化学发光法检测两组患者术前TPO-Ab表达，分析它们与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。结果老年乳腺癌患者的TPO-Ab的表达阳性率较对照组高（P＜0.05）；乳腺癌患者 TPO-Ab高表达与病理分型、淋巴结转移、雌激素受体（ER）阳性表达、孕激素受体（PR）阳性表达有关（P＜0.05）；乳腺癌患者TPO-Ab高表达与肿瘤大小和临床分期无关（P＞0.05）。结论老年乳腺癌患者TPO-Ab高表达可能反映乳腺癌的严重程度。%Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of thyroid peroxidase antibody( TPO-Ab) in elderly patients with breast cancer.Methods 100 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the research object,and another 100 cases with benign breast disease were selected into control group.Expression of TPO-Ab was detected by the electrochemical luminescence method.The relation-ship between the expression of TPO-Ab and clinical pathologic factors were analyzed.Results The positive rate of expression of TPO-Ab in elderly patients with breast cancer was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).TPO-Ab high expression in breast cancer patients was re-lated with pathological type,lymph node metastasis,ER positive expression,PR positive expression(P<0.05).TPO-Ab high expression in breast cancer patients had nothing to do with the tumor size and clinical stage(P>0.05).Conclusions TPO-Ab high expression in breast cancer patients may reflect the severity of the breast cancer.
