Objective To explore the expression of transforming growth factor (TGF)-pl in thyroid papillary carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expressions of TGF-pl in thyroid papillary carcinoma and peripheral normal tissue were detected by immunohisto-chemistry and Western-blot Results The expression of TGF-pl in thyroid papillary carcinoma was mainly distributed in cytoplasm and extracellular matrix, being obviously increased in cytoplasm and increased in extracellular matrix. Conclusions The increased expression of TGF-pl in extracellular matrix might be related to invasion and metastasis of cancer, which has significance in the treatment and therapy of thyroid papillary carcinoma.%目的 探讨转化生长因子(TGF)-β1在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及意义.方法 分别应用免疫组织化学法和Western印迹法检测TGF-β1在甲状腺乳头状癌及癌周正常组织中的表达.结果 TGF-β1在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达主要分布于胞质和胞外基质中,在胞质中表达明显降低,而在基质中表达升高.结论 TGF-β1在细胞外基质高表达,与肿瘤侵袭、转移有关,在甲状腺乳头状癌的临床诊治中具有重要意义.
