在沪内地新疆高中班学生电子媒介健康素养测定

         

摘要

目的 检验《高校学生电子媒介健康素养量表》(简称《量表》) 在"内高班"学生中使用的信效度,并评估其电子媒介健康素养现状及影响因素.方法 采用整群抽样的方法对上海市"内高班"学生进行问卷调查,分析影响"内高班"学生电子媒介健康素养的因素.结果 本研究共调查"内高班"学生210人,问卷回收率为98.1%.《量表》在"内高班"学生中应用具有较好的信效度,各维度条目高度相关(P<0.001),总体及各维度Cronbach's α 系数均大于0.85."内高班"学生电子媒介健康素养总得分为(61.88±14.79) 分,3个维度中,健康信息的获取能力最强,评价能力次之,实践能力最弱; 女性健康信息获取能力高于男性; 汉族和回族同学高于维吾尔族同学; 研究对象有91.7% 拥有智能手机,35.9% 每日手机使用时间大于1 h,远高于普通高中生; 是否拥有智能手机是电子媒介健康素养及其3个维度的共同影响因素,健康信息获取能力随着手机使用时间的延长而增加.结论 《量表》可以作为评估"内高班"学生电子媒介健康素养的工具.健康信息的实践能力是"内高班"学生的薄弱环节; 一定时间的电子媒介使用是提高中学生电子媒介健康素养的重要因素; 加强维吾尔族同学电子媒介健康素养,尤其是在健康信息获取和评价方面的能力,有助于"内高班"学生全面发展.%Objective To test reliability and validity of the eHealth Literacy Scale for college students (referred as the"Scale") in middle school students in Shanghai from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (SMSSXUAR) and assess the e-health literacy as well as the impact factors. Methods Cluster sampling as well as questionnaire survey was used for SMSSXUAR,and impact factors with e-health literacy were analysed. Results A total of 210 SMSSXUAR's information were assessed,and 98. 1% of them had feedback. The "Scale"showed good reliability (P < 0. 001) and validity(Cronbach's α > 0. 85 in all aspects) in SMSSXUAR. The mean score of e-health literacy is 61. 88 ± 14. 79. The ability to process health information is the highest,to assessment the second,while the practice the last. Female is superior to male in the process ability. The students of Hui and Han are superior to Uygur in e-health literacy. The prevalence of mobile phone is as high as 91. 7%,with 35. 9% of the students using it more than 1 hour /day much higher than general middle school students. Mobile phone is the common impact factor of all dimensions of e-health literacy,and mobile phone use is correlated to the ability to process health information. Conclusion The "Scale"can be used to evaluate the ehealth literacy for SMSSXUAR. The ability to practice health information is the weak link for SMSSXUAR; moderate electronic media use is important to improve the e-health literacy; strengthen e-health literacy especially the capacity in terms of access to and assess information for Uygur students is important for the all-round development of SMSSXUAR.
