安徽省相关人群母婴健康素养调查报告

         

摘要

Objective To identify the status of maternal and infant health literacy among different populations in Anhui Province,and provide evidence for intervention development on maternal and children health education.Methods Using clustered sampling method,samples of premarital care clients,pregnant women and child parents in 5 cities were selected.Participants were interviewed by face-to-face questionnaire survey.Results There were 5076 participants,including 2032 premarital clients (40.0%),1487 pregnant women and their husbands (29.3%),and 1557 child parents (30.7%).The percentage of satisfied maternal and infant health literacy was 0.9%,0.8% in premarital clients,0.6% in pregnant women and 1.5% in child parents (x2 =7.08,P =0.03).Multi logistic regression model showed that city,area,population group,and occupation were associated with health literacy.The health literacy levels were different among different cities (OR > 1,P < 0.05).The level in urban residents was lower than that of rural residents (OR =3.29,P <0.01),higher in children parents than premarital client (OR =0.36,P < 0.01),lower in worker/company worker,farmer/migrant worker,unemployed/others than civil servants/managers (ORworker=6.37,P < 0.01;ORfarmer =8.30,P < 0.01;ORunemployed =11.58,P < 0.01).Conclusion The maternal and infant health literacy level was low among different populations in Anhui Province,and the associated factors were city,area,population group,and occupation.%目的 了解不同目标人群的母婴健康素养水平及其相关因素,为设计和开展妇幼健康教育活动提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,在安徽省抽取5个市各1个区和1个县,对婚检对象、孕妇夫妇和儿童家长进行面对面问卷调查.结果 共调查5076人,母婴健康素养具备率为0.9%;婚检对象2032人(40.0%),孕妇夫妇1487人(29.3%),儿童家长1557人(30.7%).调查对象母婴健康素养的总具备率为0.9%,其中婚检对象为0.8%、孕妇夫妇为0.6%、儿童家长为1.5% (x2 =7.08,P=0.03).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,城市、地区、调查对象、职业因素与母婴健康素养具备率具有统计学相关关系.不同城市调查对象的母婴健康素养水平不同(2个市的OR>1,P<0.05),城市居民低于农村居民(OR=3.29,P<0.01),儿童家长高于婚检人群(OR=0.36,P<0.01),企业工人/商务人员、农民/农民工、无业及其他人员均低于公务员/企业管理人员(OR企业=6.37,P<0.01;OR农民=8.30,P<0.01;OR无业 =11.58,P<0.01).结论 安徽省不同人群的母婴健康素养水平偏低,影响因素包括城市、地区、调查对象类别、职业等.
