深圳市社区居民健康素养循环监测及干预效果评价

         

摘要

目的 利用健康素养监测结果指导干预实施和干预效果评价,实现健康素养动态监测,有效提高社区居民健康素养水平.方法 按照社区干预试验原理,采用PPS抽样方法,按照随机分配原则设置短信、人际、综合干预3个试验组和1个对照组,使用自拟问卷共监测1002人,4个组的监测人数分别为257、245、248和252人.结果 3个干预组社区居民的健康素养水平分别由原来的25.29%、24.90%和18.55%提升至33.07%、33.88%和36.69%;对照组社区居民的健康素养水平干预前(32.14%)和干预后(30.56%)无统计学差异.人际干预组的1年住院率由原来的29.39%分别降低至14.29%,人际干预组和综合干预组的两周患病率和1年住院率由干预前的23.27%和31.45%分别降低为干预后的12.24%和18.55%,短信干预组1年住院率干预前(16.73%)和干预后(25.68%)则出现上升.结论 综合性干预手段对提升社区居民健康素养效果更为明显,人际干预能够有效改善社区居民健康状况;社区居民健康素养提升可以降低两周患病率和1年住院率.%Objective Using monitoring results to guide interventions of health literacy and evaluate the effect of the intervention,achieving dynamic monitoring of health literacy,and effectively improving intervention's effect.Methods According to the principle of community intervention trial,randomly assigned to intervention into SMS,interpersonal,comprehensive intervention and control group,1002 people to use the questionnaire by ourselves,four groups of monitoring the number 257,245,248 and 252 respectively.Results Health literacy level of three communities in the intervention groups increased from 25.29%,24.90% and 18.55% to 33.07%,33.88% and 36.69%,respectively;however,health literacy level in the control group decreased from 32.14% to 30.56%,which was no statistical difference.The interpersonal intervention group within one-year admission rate from the original 29.39% were reduced to 14.29%,the recent two weeks prevalence rate of the interpersonal intervention group and the comprehensive intervention group was reduced from 23.27% and 31.45% before intervention to 12.24% and 18.55%,respectively,the SMS intervention group within one-year admission rate increased before (16.73%) and after intervention (25.68%).Intervention group appeared to rise.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive intervention on improving the health literacy of community residents is more obvious,and interpersonal intervention has obvious effect on improving health status;community residents to improve health literacy can reduce the recent two weeks prevalence rate and the one-year admission rate.
