目的 了解西藏自治区现阶段居民健康素养水平,分析影响西藏自治区城乡居民健康素养水平的因素,为下一步健康教育宣传和制定干预措施提供理论依据.方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样的方法,对抽取的1677名15 ～ 69岁城乡常住居民进行问卷调查.结果 本次调查对象总健康素养比例为0.66％,其中基本知识和理念素养为4％,健康生活方式与行为素养为3.28％,健康技能素养为1.37％;6类健康问题素养水平由高到低依次为安全与急救(17.05％),科学健康观(8.89％),基本医疗(5.37％),健康信息(5.25％),传染病防治(4.83％),慢性病防治(2.74％);进行多因素分析,结果表明,城乡,性别、年龄、家庭人口数、家庭年收入、文化程度是影响健康素养水平的因素.结论 西藏自治区居民健康素养较低,城乡差异较大,需制定有针对性的健康教育策略,逐步提高全区居民的健康素养.%Objective To analyze the status of health literacy and its influencing factors among urban and rural residents in Tibet Autonomous Region,and to provide evidence for promotion of health education and intervention measures.Methods Using stratified multistage random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 1677 residents aged 15 to 69 years old in 7 counties included Chengguan District,Qushui,Riwoqe County,Zhanang County,Lhozhag County,Renbu County,Nyima County,Burang County.Results The total satisfied health literacy rate was 0.66％,in which basic knowledge and concept of literacy was 4％,healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy 3.28％,health literacy skills 1.37％.Literacy levels in 6 kinds of health problems respectively were:scientific view of health 8.89％,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases 4.83％,chronic disease prevention and control 2.74％,safety and first aid 17.05％,5.37％ of basic medical and health information 5.25％.Multi factor analysis results showed that urban or rural areas,gender,age,family population number,family income,education level were factors that influence the level of health literacy.Conclusion Most of residents in Tibet Autonomous Region knew little about health literacy.The residents' health literacy between urban area and rural area had significant difference.It is necessary to make targeted policy of health education to improve residentsknowledge of health literacy all over the region.
