目的：评价北京某社区0～36个月儿童中医健康管理的效果。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法，随机抽取6～24个月的儿童300名，按照国家基本公共卫生项目《0～36个月儿童中医药健康管理服务技术规范》对其进行为期1年的健康管理，通过调查被管理的儿童家长来评价管理效果。结果通过1年的管理，家长对社区可提供0～36个月儿童中医健康管理服务的知晓率从管理前的16％提高到管理后的89．2％；儿童家长对摩腹、捏积、揉按足三里、揉按迎香穴等相关保健知识的知晓率均达90％以上，使用率达80％以上；对揉按四神聪穴的知晓率也从管理前的8．67％提高到了管理后的70．73％，使用率从管理前的1．67％提高到了管理后的21．25％；社区卫生服务利用率方面，医疗利用率从管理前的34％提高到了管理后的70．73％，公共卫生服务利用率从管理前的21．67％提高到管理后的79．09％；儿童家长愿意使用儿童中医保健方法和愿意参加相关培训均达90％以上（P ＜0．01）。结论0～36个月儿童中医健康管理有助于儿童中医预防保健知识在社区的传播和利用，增强儿童家长的儿童保健意识，是推广儿童中医保健的有效手段。%Objective To evaluate the effects of TCMhealth management of 0 -36 months’children in a commu-nity of Beijing.Methods Based on Technical Standard of TCMHealth Management of 0 -36 Months’Children from nation-al public health services system,300 children within 24 months were chosen to manage for 1 year by cluster random sam-pling.The parents were investigated to evaluate the effect.Results After 1 year management,the parents’awareness rate of TCM health management for 0 -36 months’children was increased from 16% to 89.2%.The awareness rate of rubbing abdo-men,chiropractics,rubbing ST 36 and rubbing LI 20 were increased to above 90%.The utilization ratio of rubbing abdo-men,chiropractics,rubbing ST 36 and rubbing LI 20 were increased to above 80%.The awareness rate of rubbing EX-HN 1 was increased from 8.67% to 70.73%.The utilization ratio of rubbing EX-HN 1 was increased from 1.67% to 21.25%. About the utilization of community health care service,the utilization ratio of medical treatment was increased from 34% to 70.73%,and the utilization ratio of the public health service was increased from 21.67% to 79.09%.The parents’needs of TCMprevention and health care techniques were also increased to above 90% (P <0.01).Conclusion TCMhealth man-agement for 0 -36 months’children was helpful to disseminate and utilize the TCMprevention and health care techniques in communities.The health management was beneficial to enhance the parents’awareness of child health care.TCMhealth man-agement for 0 -36 months’children was the effective means to extend the TCMchild health care.
