Objective To investigate the relationships among social support,sense of coherence,and posttraumatic growth in breast cancer patients,and to indicate the mediating role of sense of coherence in the relationship between social support and posttraumatic growth.Methods Adopting convenience sampling method,300 participates were selected from breast surgery clinic and ward in a hospital of Hefei City.They were assessed with Sense of Coherence (SOC),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI).Results Posttraumatic growth among breast cancer patients was significant positively correlated with sense of coherence and social support (r =0.693,0.736,P ＜0.01).Sense of coherence mediated the relationship between sense of coherence and posttraumatic growth partly (39.12％).Conclusion Sense of coherence mediated the positive link between sense of coherence and posttraumatic growth partly.%目的 探讨乳腺癌患者社会支持、心理一致感和创伤后成长三者之间的关系,以及心理一致感在社会支持和创伤后成长之间的中介作用.方法 使用便利抽样的方法,抽取合肥市某一所三甲医院乳腺外科病房和门诊患者300名,应用心理一致感量表(SOC)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和创伤后成长量表(PTGI),对300名乳腺癌患者进行自填式问卷调查;结果 乳腺癌患者创伤后成长与心理一致感、社会支持存在显著正相关(r值分别为0.693、0.736,P＜0.01).心理一致感在社会支持与创伤后成长之间起部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的39.12％.结论 乳腺癌患者社会支持、心理一致感与创伤后成长存在正相关,心理一致感能部分中介社会支持对创伤后成长的影响.
