Objective To explore the influencing factors of residents heahh literacy level of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to provide scientific basis for formulating relevant policies and carrying out comprehensive intervention.Methods Stratified and multi-stage sampling and Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling were used to select the residents aged 15 to 69 years old as the respondents,a questionnaire survey about health literacy was conducted,data were standardized according to the population data of the sixth census of Inner Mongolia.Results The health literacy level of 15-69 year old residents Inner Mongolia was 7.9％,basic knowledge and concept attainment level was 14.9％,healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy level was 10.4％,basic skills literacy level was 10.4％.Scientific concept of health literacy was 27.5％,infectious disease prevention literacy was 16.5％,chronic disease prevention literacy was 10.8％,safety and first aid literacy was 38.5％,basic medical literacy was 12.5％ and health information literacy was 16.0％.Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,education level,family income and occupation were the important influence factors of the health literacy level.Conclusion Basic knowledge and concepts literacy level,safety and first aid literacy level of residents was relatively high,and health behavior,skills literacy,chronic disease prevention and basic medical literacy level was lower,the health literacy level was different between people,it was recommended to carry out targeted health education and health promotion work,and gradually improve the health literacy level of urban and rural residents in Inner Mongolia.%目的 了解内蒙古自治区居民健康素养水平探讨其影响因素,为制定相关政策和开展综合干预提供科学依据.方法 采用分层多阶段PPS抽样方法,对15 ～69岁内蒙古自治区常住居民进行调查,采用自填与访谈相结合的方式进行问卷调查.数据按照内蒙古自治区第六次人口普查的人口数据进行标准化.结果 该区15～69岁居民的总体健康素养水平为7.9％,在健康素养的3个方面中,基本知识和理念素养水平为14.9％,健康生活方式与行为素养水平为10.4％,基本技能素养水平为10.4％.6类健康问题素养水平为科学健康观素养27.5％、传染病防治素养16.5％、慢性病防治素养10.8％、安全与急救素养38.5％、基本医疗素养12.5％和健康信息素养16.0％.Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入和职业是影响居民健康素养水平的重要因素.结论 内蒙古自治区城乡居民基本知识和理念素养水平、安全与急救素养水平相对较高,而健康行为、技能素养、慢性病防治及基本医疗素养水平较低,健康素养水平存在人群差别,建议根据群体特征开展有针对性的健康教育与健康促进工作,逐步提高内蒙古城乡居民健康素养水平.
