目的：了解北京市怀柔区18岁及以上居民糖尿病患病现况，为怀柔区居民糖尿病综合防控提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，选取本区户籍16726人进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果糖尿病患病率为9．92％，其中男性患病率为8．94％，女性患病率为10．82％，男性与女性糖尿病患病率差异有统计学意义（χ2＝16．50，P ＜0．01）；60岁组糖尿病患病率最高（16．32％），随年龄增长糖尿病患病率有升高的趋势（χ2＝517．73，P ＜0．01），40～岁（7．28％）到60～岁（11．73％）组糖尿病患病率上升趋势尤为显著；初中及以下糖尿病患病率最高（22．84％），随着文化程度的提高，糖尿病患病率逐渐降低（χ2＝205．53，P ＜0．01）；糖尿病患病率最高的职业人群为离退休人群（19．91％）；婚姻状况分布中未婚人员糖尿病患病率最低（3．21％）。结论40岁以上女性人群、60岁以上离退休及农村文化水平低人群作为怀柔区糖尿病防控重点人群，对重点人群加强健康教育和干预，以降低糖尿病发病率。%Objective To understand the prevalence of diabetes among residents aged 18 years and above in Hua-irou area,and provide scientific basis for comprehensive prevention and control of diabetes in residents of Huairou dis-trict.Methods 16 726 residents were selected and a questionnaire survey and physical examination was conducted,a strat-ified cluster random sampling method was used.Results The prevalence of diabetes was 9.92%,among which the preva-lence rate of male was 8.94%,female prevalence rate was 10.82%.The difference between male and female prevalence rate had statistical significance (χ2 =16.50,P <0.01).The highest prevalence of diabetes was found in group aged 60 years and above (16.32%),the prevalence rates of diabetes had a up tendency with the age growth (χ2 =517.73,P <0.01), especially the diabetic population in the age group over 40 years (7.28%)and above to 60 years (11.73%).The diabe-tes prevalence rates among the junior middle school and below population was the highest in different level of education (22.84%)and the diabetes prevalence rates has a down tendency to decrease with the improvement of cultural level degree (χ2 =205.53, P <0.01 ). The highest prevalence was found among retired persons in occupational population (19.91%).The lowest prevalence (3.21%)was found among unmarried persons in different marital status.Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of diabetes,health education and intervention should be strengthened in key groups thatwere female population over 40 years old,retirees over 60 years old and lower literacy levels in the rural of Huairou District.
