Objective To understand web user' s attitude to AIDS and their health demands, and explore the role "AIDS bar" in AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods A qualitative and quantitative content analysis was conducted to 326 threads and 1746 messages posted on the online "AIDS bar" from March 19 to April 19 in 2011. Results All the threads could be classified into seven categories; looking for consultation (51. 16% ) , expressing emotion (14. 62% ) , providing knowledge (12.62%), social support (9.63%), making advertisements (8.97%), illegal activities (1.99%) and others (1. 00% ). But the web users knew little about the non-transmission route of AIDS and the government' s policies. Professionals directing were lack in the post bar, and the reliability of the post bar' s information was really low. Conclusion "AIDS bar" provides a pathway to obtain knowledge about HIV/AIDS, express their emotion, gain social support and communicate with others. It is also a valuable online community to conduct projects for AIDS prevention and patients care and professionals can play an important role by providing scientific information of AIDS prevention and treatment.%目的 了解“艾滋病吧”中网民对艾滋病的态度及其主要健康问题,分析贴吧在艾滋病防治中的作用.方法 选取“艾滋病吧”中最后回帖时间为2011年3月19日至2011年4月19日1个月内的326个主题共1746条回帖作为研究对象,采用内容分析法,以每一个主题及其后跟帖为一个分析单位,进行定性和定量分析.结果 网民在贴吧内发帖归纳为7个类别:进行咨询类(51.16％)、抒发情感类(14.62％)、提供知识类(12.62％)、社会支持类(9.63％)、广告类(8.97％)、违法倾向类(1.99％)和其他类(1.00％).网民对艾滋病的非传播途径、国家相关政策法规缺乏了解.贴吧中缺少专业防治人员的引导,信源可靠性差.结论 “艾滋病吧”为网民提供了一个获取信息、抒发情感、取得社会支持、交流沟通的平台,网民可及性好,艾滋病专业防治人员在贴吧信息的健康传播中大有可为,贴吧为艾滋病预防和关怀提供了可开发利用的网络社区.
