Objective To study the prevalence and the impact factors of sub-health in college students, and to provide a more comprehensive supportment for sub-health interventions. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was adopted. Totally 927 undergraduates of military medical and no-medical universities were selected to conduct questionnaire survey. Results The total incidence rate of sub-health was 61. 81%. The rate of physical sub-health was 15. 64% , and psychological was 55. 56%. The incidence rate of sub-health in military medical universities was 70. 35% , which in military no-medical university was 53. 68%. In especially, the psychological rate in medical was 65. 49% , which in no-medical was 46. 11%. Females had a higher prevalence rate of sub-health, and the difference was significantly. The risk factors of sub-health were different professions ( Oft = 2. 283) , source of students ( OR = 1. 166) , not enough sleep ( OR = 1.933), low learning efficiency (0i? = 1.905), prefer to sweets (Oft = 1.714), poor learning ability (Oft = 1.834), high learning pression (OR =2. 816), poor interpersonal relationship ( Oft = 3. 649) , poor family relationship ( Oft = 3.133), vacuous life (OR =2. 669), and so on. Conclusion The sub-health status is serious among military students. And several kinds of factors in medical college students are taken more important part in than those in non-medical college students.%目的 探讨军校学员的亚健康状况及其影响因素,为有针对性地对军队学员进行亚健康干预提供更全面依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样法,抽取军队医学院校和军队非医学院校在校学员共927人进行问卷调查.结果 亚健康状况检出率为61.81％,其中躯体亚健康检出率为15.64％,心理亚健康检出率为55.56％.医学院校亚健康检出率为70.35％,高于非医学院校亚健康检出率为53.68％；特别是心理亚健康检出率,医学院校为65.49％,高于非医学院校为46.11％；女学员亚健康现患率高于男学员,差异均有统计学意义.影响亚健康的危险因素主要有不同专业(OR =2.283)、生源(OR=1.166)、睡眠不充足(OR=1.933)、学习效率低(OR=1.905)、喜甜食(OR=1.714)、学习能力不好(OR=1.834)、学习负担大(OR=2.816)、人际关系差(OR =3.649)、家庭关系差(OR =3.133)和生活不充实(OR=2.669)等10项.结论 军校学员亚健康问题较为突出,医学院校学员亚健康状况差于非医学院校学员.
