男性不育症的病因极其复杂,且多数患者不能找出确切病因,目前临床中的治疗手段虽有不少进步,但疗效未尽如人意.中医药在男性不育症的治疗中起着重要作用,中医认为,男性不育症以肾虚为本,脾肾两虚是其常见证型,以健脾补肾法治疗男性不育症取得了良好疗效,其机制可能在于上调keap1-Nrf2-ARE信号通路,增强精浆中抗氧化酶的活性,提高生殖系统抗氧化能力,从而改善精子质量.%The etiology of male infertility is complicated,and most of patients cannot find the exact cause.Although many of the treatments were improved,none of them can made researchers satisfied completely.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) plays an important part in the treatment of male infertility and holds that male infertility,which has a common syndrome type of spleen and kidney deficiency,is mainly caused by kidney deficiency.The clinical effects of therapeutic method of tonifying spleen and replenishing kidney were satisfactory,and the mechanism may lie on the fact that it can up-regulate keap1-Nrf2-ARE signal transduction pathway,strengthen anti oxygenic enzyme activity and enhance anti-oxygenic ability of reproductive system to improve sperm quality.
