目的:探讨和研究梅毒产妇的真实体验和内心感受.方法:采用面对面深入访谈的形式访谈14例梅毒产妇,记录并整理资料,采用Colaizzi法对资料进行分析研究.结果:通过研究发现,梅毒产妇的真实体验和内心感受主要有:悲观消极的情绪等心理反应、疾病的不确定性、心理状态的改变和支持系统.结论:通过对梅毒产妇在诊疗过程中的真实经验和内心感受进行研究,使护理人员对梅毒产妇的内心情感有着详细的了解和掌握,可使护理人员由个性化护理向综合性健康护理发展提供依据.%Objectives:To explore the true experience and feelings of puerpera with syphilis.Methods:Face-to-face in-depth interview was used in the study.14 puerperae with syphilis were interviewed,and data was collected and analyzed through Colaizzi method.Results:The real experience and feelings of puerpera with syphilis were not good,such as negative mood,disease uncertainty,changes in mental status,need of family and medical workers' support.Conclusion:The nurses should have a better understanding and grasp of the experience and feeling of puerpera with syphilis,which provides basis for the development from individualized nursing to comprehensive health care.
