Objectives:To study on the changes in levels of serum sexual hormones and IGF-1 in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) before and after treatment,and to discuss the application value of serum sexual hormones and IGF-1 in the diagnosis of ICPP.Methods:42 girls treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research subjects,including 24 girls with ICPP (ICPP group),and 18 girls with peripheral precocious puberty (PPP group).22 healthy girls received physical examination were selected in the same period (control group).The serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol (E2),insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels in the three groups and the FSH,LH,E2 and IGF-1 levels in the ICPP group 4 months after treatment were respectively detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results:The differences in the FSH,LH,E2 and IGF-1 levels between the ICPP group and the PPP group and control group before treatment was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The difference in FSH,LH,E2 and IGF-1 levels in the ICPP group between before and 4 months after treatment were significant (P ＜ 0.05).The girls in the ICPP group had significant changes in sexuality 4 month after treatment,with no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The levels of serum sexual hormones and IGF-1 are significantly elevated in the hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis in girls with ICPP,which are obviously decreased after treatment,and the increase in IGF-1 level has a certain reference value in the early diagnosis of ICPP.%目的:研究特发性性早熟女童治疗前后血清性激素及IGF-1水平变化.方法:以2014年10月至2015年10月来我院就诊的42例女童为研究对象,其中包括特发性性早熟(ICPP)女童24例(记为ICPP组),外周性性早熟(PPP)女童18例(记为PPP组),并选取同时期来我院体检的健康女童22例(记为对照组),采用化学发光免疫法分别检测三组血清卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平及ICPP组治疗4个月后FSH、LH、E2、IGF-1水平.结果:ICPP组FSH、LH、E2、IGF-1水平与PPP组、对照组比较差异显著(P＜0.05),ICPP组治疗4个月后FSH、LH、E2 IGF-1水平与治疗前比较差异显著(P＜0.05).ICPP组女童治疗至第4个月性征就有显著变化,逐渐恢复至正常发育状态,无严重不良反应.结论:ICPP女童血清性激素和IGF-1水平受下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴被提前激活的影响而显著升高,治疗后下降明显.IGF-1水平升高在ICPP早期鉴别和诊断中具有一定的参考价值.
