性伦理是以性道德为研究客体,关于性关系和性道德的理论体现.基于人类之性的生物存在、心理存在和社会存在三种存在方式,人类性伦理原则构建应依据生理尺度、爱情尺度和社会尺度.生理尺度是性伦理原则构建的第一个尺度,即性伦理的构建,不仅要考虑性作为繁育手段的功能,还要基于人的幸福感的获得.爱情尺度是性伦理原则构建的第二个尺度,即符合道德的性关系应以爱情为基础.社会尺度是性伦理原则构建的第三个尺度,即人类的性受到社会伦理的评判和制约.生理尺度是“不变的道德”,是人类存在和发展的基础,是性伦理原则构建的首要依据;爱情尺度和社会尺度是“可变的道德”,随着人类的发展而变化,是性伦理构建的必要依据.%Sexual ethics is the theory of sexual relationships and sexual morality with sexual morality as the research object.Based on the nature of human biological,psychological and social existence,human sexual ethics principles should be developed on the basis of physical dimension,love dimension and social dimension.Physical dimension is the first dimension of sexual ethics principle.Namely,the construction sexual ethics should not only consider sexual behavior as breeding method,but also realize the conformity physiological needs.Love dimension is the second dimension of sex ethics principle.Namely,moral sex should be based on love.Social dimension is the third dimension of sex ethics principle.Namely human sexual behavior is judged and restricted by social ethics.Physical dimension is "unchangeable moral",the foundation of human existence and development,and the primary basis of constructing sexual ethics principles;Love dimension and social dimension are a "variable moral".With the development of the human,they all are necessary basis for the construction of sexual ethics.
