目的:探讨多媒体课件对性病门诊患者进行性病艾滋病健康教育的应用效果.方法:选取240例性病门诊患者,采用随机成组设计的研究方法,对试验组120例性病门诊患者应用多媒体课件进行性病艾滋病健康教育,对照组120例应用宣传手册进行,然后评价多媒体课件和宣传手册两种模式分别对性病门诊患者开展性病艾滋病健康教育的效果.结果:多媒体课件健康教育与宣传手册在提高性病门诊患者性病艾滋病认知水平的效果方面比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.6079,P＜0.05).结论:多媒体课件健康教育模式比宣传手册对提高性病门诊患者性病艾滋病认知水平的效果显著.%Objectives:To study the outcome of the provision of multimedia course in health education for STD/AIDS patients.Methods:240 cases of STD patients were divided by random sampling into two groups.In the test group,which includes 120 cases of STD clinical patients,multimedia courseware was applied to them,while the other 120 cases in the control group received pamphlets.The outcomes of multimedia course and publicity brochure in application for health education were evaluated.Results:Compared to the application of publicity brochure,the outcome of multimedia course for health education significantly raised the level of STD/AIDS related knowledge of STD patients (t =10.6079,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In health education practice for STD/AIDS patients,multimedia course is more effective than publicity brochures.
