0bjsctive :To investigate 1he effects of 2 year-specific in m unofherapy ,hcliding 1he skin index ,1he puh onary flmctiDn and to evaluate 1he long-term cliiical curative effect of the specific inmunotheiapy .M e1hods:l33 children with m iH to modeiate allergic aslhma weie given inmunoiheiapy with standardised mites aleigens for 2 years .The positive nunbeis of the allergens, the skin index, the puln onary function and the trial igE in serum w ere determ ined before teatn ent ,2 years later,all the proceedings would be determ ined again .R esulte :The positive nunbeis of the allergens was (4.06+1.72) , it changed into (3.41+1.16) after tie teatn ent; tie constituent ratio of skin index rank of derm atophagoides pteronyssinus were 0,3.1% ,27.3% ,39.4% ,30 .2% ,and the derm atophagoides farinae were 3% ,3.1% ,18.2% , 48.4% ,27 .2% at Hie beginning ,they changed into 0 ,6 .2% ,42 .4% ,48 .5% ,3 .1% and 6 .1% ,6 .2% ,24.1% ,60 .4% ,3 .2% in the endlhe percentage of FVC ,FEV1 ,PEF ,MM EF75 ,PEFR to the predition were (84 .2 + 15 .63)% ,(96.13 + 18.44)% ,(95.49 + 22.19;% ,(96 .69+25.98 f/o ,(94+16;% before the teatn ent,eventually ,1hey changed into (94 .68+13 .61 f/o ,(106 .37+14.33 f/o , (108 .34+20 .55)% ,(106 .02+21.59K ,(97+17)% .There was significantly increased after specific inmunotherapy in each item ( P< 0 .05) .And tie total ]gE bvelwas 541.6(459 .6)U /m lin the end,it had a descendent tendency compared to before 623 .1(392 ,8)U /m l,but we can't see a sjgniScantchange in it (P>0 .05) .Conclusion :The 2 yearspeciBc inmunotherapy can keep a good effects including tie positive nun beis of the allergens ,fhe skin index and the puln onary function to the allergic asthm a children .%目的:观察标准化屋尘螨变应原制剂免疫治疗哮喘儿童2年后,其过敏原指数、肺功能等改善状况,评估长期临床疗效.方法:选择133例过敏性哮喘儿童进行标准化脱敏治疗2年,测定其治疗前与治疗后的过敏原皮肤指数、多项肺功能指标、血清总IgE水平.结果:治疗前阳性过敏原种类计数为(4.06±1.72)个,治疗后为(3.41±1.16)个.治疗前皮肤指数等级(0～4级)的构成比屋尘螨为:0、3.1%、27.3%、39.4%、30.2%;粉尘螨为:3%、3.1%、18.2%、48.4%、27.2%.治疗后屋尘螨为:0、6.2%、42.4%、48.5%、3.1%;粉尘螨6.1%、6.2%、24.1%、60.4%、3.2%.肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF、MEF75、PEFR占预计值的百分比治疗前为:(84.2±15.63)%、(96.13±18.44)%、(95.49±22.19)%、(96.69±25.98)%、(94±16)%,治疗后为:(94.68±13.61)%、(106.37±14.33)%、(108.34±20.55)%、(106.02±21.59)%、(97±17)%,显示治疗后有明显改善(P值均＜0.05).血清总IgE治疗后为541.6(459.6)U/ml,较治疗前623.1(392.8)U/ml有下降的趋势,但并无明显统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:特异性免疫治疗2年后,哮喘患儿阳性过敏原种类计数、过敏原皮试指数及肺功能等均有显著改善,并能够维持较好的疗效.
