瓜蒌水分含量与印度谷螟为害的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To find the relationship between water content of water and destruction by Plodia interpunctella Hubner of Fructus Trichosanthis, dried ripe fruits of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.. Method Samples of Fructus Trichosanthis in different destroyed degree were collected. The water content was determined based on the drying method in the Pharmacopoeia of The People's Republic of China 2010 Edition. Result The water content was situated between 5.68% - 9.77% in all of 11 samples. Conclusion The water content in Fructus Trichosanthis is lower than that in some easily destroyed Chinese medicinal materials. We should avoid the damage of Plodia interpunctella Hubner by multifarious methods, not only the method to reduce the water content of Fructus Trichosanthis.%目的 研究瓜蒌水分含量与印度谷螟为害的相关性.方法 以遭受印度谷螟为害程度不等的瓜蒌为样品,采用《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版中“水份测定法”的烘干法测定其中的含水量.结果 全部11个样品的水分含量介于5.68% ~ 9.77%范围内,未见明显的超高或超低现象.结论 瓜蒌水分含量低于一些容易遭受印度谷螟为害的药材的水分含量;防止瓜蒌遭受印度谷螟的为害不应仅仅限制其水分含量,而应从多方面进行考虑.
