目的:观察茵芩清肝汤联合硫普罗宁对酒精性肝病湿热兼血瘀型患者的临床疗效.方法:对武汉市中医医院肝病科门诊110例确诊为酒精性肝病,饮酒史5年以上,近1月内未接受中西药物及其他治疗方法的男性患者,按就诊顺序编号,运用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各55例.治疗组患者口服茵芩清肝汤和硫普罗宁、对照组患者口服硫普罗宁,观察患者症状、体征、肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化指标、腹部超声波等方面的改善情况,以1个月为1个疗程,共观察两个疗程.结果:通过治疗前后中医证候综合评分的变化来分析各组患者中医证候疗效,结果显示,治疗组总有效率、临床症状改善等方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),两组患者治疗后肝功能、血脂、血清肝纤维化指标和腹部超声波结果均有明显改善,与本组治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P ＜0.01或P＜0.05),且治疗组患者改善更明显.结论:茵芩清肝汤联合硫普罗宁对酒精性肝病湿热兼血瘀型治疗效果好,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用.%Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yinqin Qinggan decoction combined tiopronin on treatment of alcoholic liver disease with heat-damp and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: One hundred and ten male patients with alcoholic liver disease (history of drinking more than five years, nearly 1 month did not receive Chinese and Western medicine treatment and other therapy) were numbered sequentially according to treatment , and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group was 55 cases. The treatment group were given oral Yin qin Qinggan decoction and tiopronin, the control group was treated with tiopronin only. The symptoms and signs, liver function, blood lipids, liver fibrosis, ultrasound and other aspects were observed for two manths. Results; The total efficiency, clinical symptoms of the treatment group were improved better than the control group (P<0. 05), after treatment liver function, blood lipids, serum fibrosis markers and abdominal ultrasound of two groups were improved obviously ( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 ), and the improvement of treatment group was more significantly. Conclusion; The curative effect Yingin Qinggan decoction combined tiopronin to treat of alcoholic liver disease with heat-damp and blood stasis syndrome is good, no significant adverse reactions, worthy to popularize.
