目的 探索一种新的扩张及标识管,弥补现有超声引导经皮肾镜等介入技术的不足,以提高手术的可视性和易操作性.方法 制作相同材质的两个18F的管头部,其中一个具有密纹,记录、测定并分析处理不同管头部在水和生物组织中的超声成像数据.结果 与无密纹的管头部相比,带有密纹的扩张标识管头部在两种介质中多个代表超声声像图纹理结构的参数差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01).结论 本式管头部密纹结构有助于在经皮肾镜取石术等操作中实现全程可视超声引导.%Objective To prepare a new tube with expansion and marker, in order to make up shortage of the existing ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal interventional techniques, and to enhance the visibility and facility of intervention. Methods Two 18F tube heads were made of copper, one was densely striated. The ultrasound imaging data of different tubing heads in two media (water and fresh swine meat) were collected, recorded and analyzed. Results In these two media, multiple parameters indicating texture of ultrasound images of densely striated tube head were significantly different from those of the plain head (all P<0. 01). Conclusion New dense striated structure in tube head helps to realize ultrasound-guided visualization in the whole process of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy and other interventional operations.
