基于目标接纳中介作用的包容性领导对员工幸福感的影响研究

         

摘要

基于马斯洛需求层次理论和目标设置理论,以716名中国企业员工为样本,考察了包容性领导对员工幸福感的影响效果及作用机制.研究结果表明,包容性领导与员工幸福感呈正相关关系;目标接纳在包容性领导与员工幸福感之间发挥部分中介作用;组织支持感调节了包容性领导与目标接纳之间的关系;目标接纳对包容性领导和员工幸福感的中介作用受组织支持感的调节.%Based on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and goal-setting theory,we discussed the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being.Using data from 716 enterprises' employees in China,hierarchical regression results showed that there is a positive relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being.Our results also verified that the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being is partially mediated by goal acceptance.Moreover,perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and goal acceptance,also moderates the mediation effect of goal acceptance.
