This paper rethinks of the present problems of management research and some core management propositions, such as the nature of enterprise, the nature of management, the nature of system, human nature, human spirituality and the relationship between entrepreneurs and researchers. At last, it redefines the core management proposition from the perspective of practice.%从实践的视角出发,对目前我国管理学研究存在的问题,对管理学的一些核心命题如企业的性质、管理的本质、制度的本质、人的本质、人的精神性以及企业家和研究者关系等进行了反思,并对管理的核心命题进行了重新界定,希望能够引起理论界和实践界的关注与思考.
