感观质量影响需求的生鲜农产品定价策略研究

         

摘要

In this paper, based on the hypothesis of time diversion of sense quality, an inventory model of fresh agricultural product with sense quality-dependent demand is developed for two operational ways that are one order with batch shelve and one order with flexible shelve, by which the optimal pricing policy is studied. The conclusion indicates that supermarkets should adopt the mode of direct supply after participating in farm-supermarket connection.%根据感观质量的时间转换性(成熟度转向鲜度),就一次订货批量上架和一次订货柔性上架2种作业方式,分别建立了感观质量影响需求的生鲜农产品库存模型,并求解出最优定价.通过数值试验推断出超市参与农超对接后更适宜采用产地直供模式.
