摘要:Questions of computer aided engineering work in Construction Equipment Research Institute is discussed in the article. Machinery and its units have been designed with computers in the Institute since the middle of the 70s. Afterwards some new software were bought and our software was developed as well. They were applied to solve more advanced calculations for complex construction machinery and hydraulic mobile cranes. Since the turn of the 70s and 80s computer methods have been applied in measurements and analyses of stresses, vibroacoustics and stability of machinery. The Institute has undertaken the integration of designing centres and the creation computer data base in the field of safety, ecology and ergonomy. Development of computer methods is also possible thanks to scientific co- operation with many countries which is fulfilled in a form of symposiums and conferences.%本文讨论了建筑设备研究所在计算机辅助工程研究中的一些问题.70年代中期该研究所就开始用计算机设计机器及其部件.后来研究所购买了一些相关软件同时也开发了自己的设计软件并在液压起重机和其它建筑机械的设计计算中得到了应用.70~80年代计算机主要用于压力的分析与测量,机械的振动与稳定性分析.研究所从事机械设计、计算机数据库安全性研究及生态学、工效学方面的研究.在此也感谢其他国家的学者在计算机应用方面的交流与合作.
摘要:本文指出测量平面度误差,尽管每个节点是独立测量的,但每个节点和开始点的高度差并不是独立的,且都是测量值L的函数.最好的方法是采用相关法进行计算.同时相关法也可用于测量直线度误差精确计算中. ?膊%The paper points out that the difference between the start point and each pitch is not independent,though each pitch is measured independently,and all of them are the function of measured value L.So the correlation calculating is a better way. It can be also used to calculate straight lineness error accurately.
