Under the guidance of legal theory of insurance and drawing on the experience about legislation and judicial practice of foreign countries ,a study is made in this paper from different aspects regarding the angle, scope, depth and the demention of the assured＇s duty of diselosre, the target is to make an all-round analysis on the subject so as to achieve the goal for accurate application of law.%以保险法和海商法理论为指导，借鉴国外立法和司法实践，从确定告知义务的角度、广度、深度以及维度，对投保人或者被保险人的告知义务进行了全方位的研讨，力求对告知义务进行一个立体化的解析，以达到准确使用法律之目的。
