超声造影监测兔肾VX2移植瘤生长特性

         

摘要

目的 探讨超声造影技术在监测兔肾VX2移植瘤生长及评价其特性中的应用价值.方法 应用组织包埋法建立20只兔肾VX2移植瘤模型,将其随机均分为4组,分别于植瘤后1~4周进行超声造影检查,造影结束后切除荷瘤肾脏,进行病理检查.结果 所有动物均成功建模,超声造影测量的各组肿瘤大小与实体标本测量结果差异无统计学意义( P均>0.05),两种方法的测量结果存在一致性.各组兔肾VX2移植瘤超声造影均呈低增强表现,强度弱于肾实质.植瘤后1~2周,主要表现为肿瘤大部增强(7/10),在植瘤后3~4周,主要呈现肿瘤周边增强(8/10).结论 超声造影可准确显示兔肾VX2移植肿瘤的边界和肿瘤内部的血流灌注特点,在监测兔肾VX2移植瘤的生长和评估移植瘤特性方面具有重要应用价值.%Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in monitoring and evaluating the growth characteristics of VX2 renal tumor in rabbit models. Methods Twenty rabbits were operated and VX2 carcinoma was transplanted into the kidney using tumor tissue embedding method. Then rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly,and CEUS examimation were made 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after the transplantation, respectively. The rabbits were killed immediately after CEUS, and the kidney tumors were resected for pathological examination. Results All the models were established successfully. There was no statistical difference between the volume of VX2 tumors measured with CEUS and pathology (all P>0. 05). There was consistency between the two methods. All VX2 tumors showed hypoechoic enhancement in CEUS, and the enhancement was lower than renal parenchyma. In arterial phase VX2 tumors showed different enhancement patterns, tumors post-transplanted 1-2 weeks were mainly homogeneous enhancement (7/10), tumors post-transplanted 3-4 weeks were mainly peripheral enhancement (8/10). Conclusion CEUS can accurately measure the diameter of the VX2 renal tumor and display the intratumoral vascularity in rabbit models. CEUS has important value in monitoring the growth and evaluation the characteristics on renal VX2 tumor in rabbits.
