时间-空间关联成像联合高分辨力血流显像显示胎儿肺静脉系统的可行性

目的 探讨时间-空间关联成像(STIC)技术联合高分辨力血流显像(HDF)技术显示胎儿肺静脉系统的可行性.方法 采用STIC技术联合HDF技术对20胎正常胎儿的肺静脉主干及肺静脉属支进行显示,评价其显示效果.结果 20胎中,15胎(75.00％)同时显示4条肺静脉主干.对单支肺静脉的叶静脉、段静脉、亚段静脉以及亚段下静脉显示率分别为100％(20/20)、90.00％ (18/20)、75.00％(14/20)及25.00％ (5/20).根据肺静脉与主动脉、房间隔及左心耳的位置关系,对每条肺静脉均定位准确.结论 STIC联合HDF可显示肺静脉的数量、属支的形态及其与周围组织的空间位置关系,并对肺静脉进行定位.%Objective To explore the feasibility of displaying fetal pulmonary venous system using spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) combined with high definition flow (HDF). Methods Totally 20 normal fetus underwent STIC combined with HDF. The displaying of fetal pulmonary venous and branches were evaluated. Results Four pulmonary veins were displayed at the same time in 15 fetus (75. 00%). The displaying rate of the lobe vein, segmental vein, sub-segmental vein and below sub-segmental vein was 100% (20/20), 90.00% (18/20), 75.00% (14/20) and 25. 00% (5/20), respectively. All pulmonary veins were located according to the space relationship between the pulmonary veins and the aorta, in-teratrial septum and left auricle. Conclusion STIC combined with HDF can demonstrate the number of pulmonary vein, the morphous of the pulmonary vein branches, and display the spatial relationship of pulmonary veins and periphery organs.
