Objective To investigate the application value of MSCTA in depicting the normal splenic artery. Methods Two hundred patients underwent abdominal enhanced CT were randomly selected. The diameter of splenic artery (dSA) at the start section and the longth of splentic artery (ISA) were measured, and the angle of splenic artery and the arteria coeli-aca in the cross section (aSA/CA) was surveyed. Results Splenic artery was vividly depicted in whole 200 subjects, and 25 (25/200, 12. 50%) mutations of splenic artery were discovered. The dSA, ISA, aSA/CA were statistically different between male and female (P<0. 05), but not different among different aged patients (P>0. 05). Conclusion MSCTA can depict anatomic characteristics of splenic artery and its variants.%目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)观察正常脾动脉解剖的应用价值.方法 200例患者接受上腹部CT增强扫描,测量脾动脉起始处血管内径(dSA)、脾动脉主干长度(ISA)及横断面上脾动脉与腹腔动脉的夹角(aSA/CA).结果 200例脾动脉显示清晰,其中25例脾动脉起源变异,变异率为12.50% (25/200).dSA、ISA、aSA/CA在不同性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在不同年龄段间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 MSCT可以直观、立体地显示脾动脉的正常解剖及其变异.
