目的评价MRPC在总胆管结石中的诊断价值。方法应用MRCP对90例总胆管结石的病人进行了检查，并与手术和病理结果对照分析。结果 MRCP结合MRI资源图像及US的检出率比较研究，McNemar x2检验，P＜0.01。MRCP结合MRI资源图像与CT及ERCP/PTC的检出率比较研究，U检验，P＜0.01。结论应用MRCP结合MRI资源图像分析，并了解和熟悉MRCP的诊断误区和鉴别诊断，可进一步提高总胆管结石的诊断准确率。%Purpose To evaluate diagnostic value of MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in stones of common bile rnduct. Methods MRCP was performed in 90 patients with stones of common bile duct. The results of MRCP were rncompared with US、CT and ERCP/PTC. Results The detectable rate of MRCP+MRI source images and US, McrnNemar X2 test, P<0.01. The detectable rate of MRCP+MRI source images were compared with CT and ERCP/rnPTC, U test, P<0.01. Conclusion MRCP combined with MRI source images were analysed. We should understand rnto familiarize pitfalls of the MRCP diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Diagnostic accuracy rate of stones in common rnbile duct can further was exalted.
