Purpose To explore imaging characteristics of parotid mixed tumor and to study shortage and advantage rnof EBCT CTS 3D-CT Flow scan and MRI in diagnosis of the tumor. Methods 28 cases of parotid mixing tumor were rnimaged with EBCT CTS 3D-CT Flow scan and MRI. The imaging signs were compared with the pathologic findings.rnResults CTS shows shape and border of the lesions well, and 3D-CT shows parotid masses directly and stereoscopicrnly. Time-density dynamic perfusion curve of the tumor is slow rising and slow descending. MRI is the best in showing rncomposition of the tumor and relation with facial nerve. Conclusion The parotid mixed tumor has some characteristic rnimaging signs. It could diagnose the tumor correctly with combined these five imaging methods.%目的探索腮腺混合瘤影像学征象特点和EBCT、CTS、3D-CT、流动扫描和MRI对混合瘤诊断的优缺点。方法对28例分别进行此五种影像学检查，结果与手术病理所见相对照。结果 CTS对病灶边界形态的显示较为有利；3D-CT可以显示病灶的立体形态及其与腮腺导管等周围结构的关系；混合瘤时间-密度曲线呈缓升缓降型；rnMRI对显示病变的成份和其与面神经的关系最为理想。结论混合瘤影像学上具有一定的特点，几种检查互补有利于正确诊断。
