快速医疗互操作性资源(FHIR)是由HL7(卫生信息交换标准)借鉴最新的Web技术创建的一套医疗信息规范,用于医疗数据的交换和共享.本文介绍了FHIR的产生背景、概念、特点、内容及应用场景,并对国内外有关FHIR标准的应用研究进行综述,以期开拓FHIR标准在国内的传播和应用.%According to the latest Web technologies and HL7 (health level seven) standard,fast health interoperable resources (FHIR),a set of medical information specifications,was created for exchanging and sharing the medical data.Herein,we introduced the background,concept,characteristics,content and application of FHIR standard,and reviewed the application of FHIR standard in China and abroad,hoping to expand the application scope of FHIR standard in China.
