[ABSTRACT]Objective:To analyze women with type 2 diabetes patients with different serum uric acid (SUA)levels and body mass index (BMI),blood pressure and lipids correlation.Methods:300 women with type 2 diabetes meet ed the requirements from March 2014 to March 2016,According to different levels of SUA patients were divided into the observa-tion group (patients with hyperuricemia)and control group (SUA levels were normal in patients).Comparative study of two groups of patients body mass index (BMI),blood pressure and lipid levels.Results:300 cases of women with type 2 diabetes,hyperuricemia in 40 patients,accounting for 13.33%.The levels of BMI,SUA and TG in postmenopausal women with hyperuricemia were significantly higher than those without hyperuricemia (P <0.05).The levels of HbA1c, FPG and HDL-C were significantly lower in non-hyperuricemia (P <0.05 ),the difference was statistically signifi-cant.Premenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperuricemia and BMI are related to postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperuricemia and BMI,TG and HDL-C are related.Conclusion:Patients with pre-menopausal women with type 2 serum uric acid levels and diabetes associated with increased BMI,postmenopausal increase blood uric acid level and BMI and lipid abnormalities.%目的：研究分析女性2型糖尿病患者不同血尿酸（SUA）水平与体质指数（BMI）、血压和血脂的相关性。方法：纳入2014年3月～2016年3月收治的符合要求的女性2型糖尿病患者300例为研究对象，根据 SUA 不同水平将患者分为观察组（高尿酸血症患者）与对照组（SUA 水平正常患者）。对比观察两组患者的体质指数（BMI）、血压和血脂水平。结果：300例女性2型糖尿病患者中，高尿酸血症患者40例，占13.33％。绝经后高尿酸血症患者 BMI、SUA、TG 水平显著高于非高尿酸血症患者（P ＜0.05），而 HbA1 c、FPG、HDL-C 水平则显著低于非高尿酸血症患者（P ＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。绝经前女性2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症与 BMI 有相关性，绝经后女性2型糖尿病患者高尿酸血症与 BMI、TG 与 HDL-C 有相关性。结论：女性2型糖尿病患者绝经前血尿酸水平与 BMI 增加有关，绝经后血尿酸水平与 BMI 增加及血脂异常有关。
