目的:研究紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床治疗效果、不良反应及预后影响.方法:选取2006年8月~2012年8月间于我院诊治的晚期NSCLC患者152例,根据其临床化疗方案分为三组,行单纯顺铂治疗的患者47例为对照组一,行紫杉醇注射液联合顺铂治疗的患者54例为对照组二,行紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗的患者51例为观察组,评价三组患者临床治疗效果、不良反应及预后.结果:紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗方案其在晚期NSCLC治疗中的临床近期疗效、规避不良反应及预后影响均明显优于单纯顺铂化疗方案(P<0.05);紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂化疗方案在晚期NSCLC治疗中的临床近期疗效及预后影响与紫杉醇注射液联合顺铂化疗方案效果相近(P>0.05),而其皮肤反应、周围神经病变及骨骼/肌肉酸痛规避方面优于后者(P<0.05).结论:紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂在晚期NSCLC治疗中的临床疗效确切、安全、有效,且不良反应发生率低.%Objective: To study the clinical effect,adverse reaction and prognosis of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:152 cases of patients with advanced NSCLC from August 2006 to August 2012,According to their clinical chemotherapy were divided into three groups,with simple cisplatin treatment for 47 patients in the control group 1,injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with paclitaxel for 54 cases in the control group 2,Line liposomal paclitaxel plus cisplatin therapy the group of 51 patients for the study to evaluate the clinical effect of three groups of patients,adverse reactions and prognosis.Results:Paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy clinical curative effect in the treatment of advanced NSCLC,to avoid adverse effects and prognosis was significantly better than cisplatin chemotherapy (P < 0.05);paclitaxel chemotherapy in combination with cisplatin in liposomes treatment of advanced NSCLC clinical efficacy and prognosis of injection combined with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy similar effect (P > 0.05),while its skin reactions,peripheral neuropathy and bone /muscle pain avoidance is better than the latter (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Paclitaxel plus cisplatin liposomes clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced NSCLC exact,safe,effective,and low incidence of adverse reactions.
