目的:探讨综合护理对宫颈癌术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)及不良心理状态的影响.方法:收集2013年7月至2015年1月我院收治的106例宫颈癌术后患者作为研究对象,按照就诊时间将患者分为两组,每组53例,2013年7月至2014年4月就诊的为对照组,实施常规护理,2014年5月至2015年1月就诊的为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施综合护理,比较两组DVT发生情况及相关知识掌握程度、护理满意度、不良心理.结果:观察组和对照组干预后SAS及SDS评分与干预前比较均出现明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS及SDS评分与对照组干预后比较均明显较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:宫颈癌术后患者实施综合护理显著降低DVT发生率及疼痛发生率,提高护理满意度,消除或患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,有利于患者生活质量的提高.%Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the postoperative cervical cancer patients of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and adverse psychological state.Methods:106 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected from July 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, all of them were divided into two groups according to the treatment time, there were 53 cases in each group, the patients of the control group were selected from July 2013 to April 2014 and were given the routine care, the patients of the observation group were selected from May 2014 to January 2015 and were given the integrated care on the basis of the routine care, the incidence of DVT and the related knowledge, care satisfaction degree, Adverse psychological of two groups were compared.Results:SAS score and SDS score of the control group and the observation group after intervention were significant lower than before interventions, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after intervention were significant lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Cervical cancer patients after implementation of integrated care can significantly reduce the incidence of DVT and the incidence of pain, improve nursing satisfaction, eliminate the anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological, it is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
